One of your favourite casual dining Thai restaurant Benjarong will be organising a special cooking workshop with expat chefs Nguyen Thi Nho and Ly Kim Ngan from Vietnam during the Saigon food festival where in they will teach various culinary techniques of the cuisine to the participants. Some of the dishes that the participant can learn to make are Vietnamese Fresh spring rolls dipped in fermented bean sauce, Deep fried chicken spring roll with mixed herbs and chilli garlic fish sauce, Caramel fish in Clay pot, among others.
The participants will get to experience a gourmet meal prepared by expert chefs of Benjarong.
