Scientists observe that children who take higher calories of food without doing any physical exercises are likely to be easily affected by heart-related diseases.
Analysts from Minnesota University have released their research report regarding the heart health of children. This article has been published in the American Heart Association Journal.
The survey mentions that 90 percent of the children in the age-group 2-19 have high calories in their bodies. They tend to eat more food items rich in carbohydrates. However, they do not take any physical exercise. So, they have more weight. The research establishes that most of the children suffer from obesity.
The blood pressure, glucose, and fat levels of all the children tested were of same degree.
It is the prerogative of the parents to administer the proper nutritious food for the children. This should be followed right from the very young age. There is no point to allow children, whatever food they take and then worrying when they are affected by diseases.
Another point to note is that just as the parents provide the nutritious food, they should also ensure that the children play and do physical exercises. The children must do at least an hour of play or physical exercise.
There is absolutely no doubt that your children would be hale, hearty, and intelligent if they have the regular healthy food and physical exercise.
