Some morning food items which help reduce weight

It is a healthy trend to take more nutritious food in the morning session, medium quantity of food in the noon session and even lesser in the nights.

If this is strictly followed, the weight will definitely come down within a month.

Here is a list of some food items which may be included in your morning meals (breakfast):

Oats

Oats is a low-calorie food item, but rich in fibre content. It gives energy and gives a good filling for the stomach. It reduces fat. Oats porridge can be prepared by mixing oats in fat-free milk or less quantity of milk and taken.

Egg

The egg is rich in vitamins, iron, and protein. It contains good cholesterol. Egg reduce the fat deposit in the stomach and liver. So, it is advisable to include at least 1 egg in your morning food.

Yogurt

Yogurt is rich in protein and minerals. The minerals strengthen the nerves. They also help reduce fat. Yogurt contains less fat. Please include yogurt in your morning meals.

Apple

Apple contains a lot of fibre and vitamins. Taking apple in the morning gives a good filling. So, the other food intake reduces.

Almond

Almond is also rich in fibre and iron. It is good for the heart. It has anti-oxidant properties. Please start taking 3 soaked almonds (the previous night) on the empty stomach. This will help reduce fat.

Bananas

Taking bananas along with the morning food helps keeping the liver clean. Germs and other living organisms such as insects and worms get removed. Banana is rich in fibre. It also fills the stomach. It helps reduce fat.

Spinach

It is advisable to make chapatis or gravy with spinach in the morning.This dissolves the fat. It is rich in calcium and gives strength. It reduces bloating of the stomach.
