The authentic fine dining Chinese restaurant at The Leela Palace, China XO presents Seafood by the Bay food festival featuring an array of exotic delicacies. Other than freshest catches from the sea, Chef Dharmen Makwana and his team are using imported ingredients such as Sashimi quality Scallops, Lobsters and truffles for dimsums. You can choose from dimsums such as, Scallop Dumpling with Flying Fish Roe, Laksa flavored Crab & Prawn, Chilean Sea Bass Wrapped in Kunafa  Pastry with Wasabi mayonnaise, Appetizers such as Crispy soft shell crab fragrance garlic onion, Lotus seafood fritter with piquant sauce.

Head over to a bowl of hot soup as you pick from Lobster wanton with morel mushroom mustard root or a Traditional Hot & Sour Crab Meat. Treat your taste buds as you head over to the main course and choose from an array of delicacies such as Grilled Salmon Chinese honey Glaze asparagus crisp shemiji mushrooms, Wok Fried Prawn Butter Garlic Sauce, Singapore Style Chilli Crab with fried Mantao Bun, Stir Fried Mussels with Ginger & Leeks and pair them up with either Prawn, Scallop, Crab meat , Egg white XO Fried rice or Wok fried Singapore style seafood Rice stick Noodles.
