Soorasamharam in Thiruchendur temple

Soorasamharam will take place tomorrow at 4.30 pm onwards on November 5 at Thiruchendur Murugan temple. Kanda Sashti celebrations (October 30-November 11) are on at Sri Subramanya Swamy temple, Thiruchendur. The yagasala pujas begin at 6 a.m. Abishekam for Jayantinathar at the Tiruvavaduturai Sashti Mantapam will take place 2 p.m. after which the deity will leave for Soorasamharam.
Tirukkalyanam will take place on November 6, 11.45 a.m. The utsava deities will be placed on Oonjal on Nov 8-10. Recital of Tirumurai and Kandar Kalivenba are taking place daily at 5 a.m.
