New depression zone formed over the Bay of Bengal

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that a new depression zone has formed over the Bay of Bengal . Due to this, rains are expected for 4 days in Tamil Nadu starting from 1st December.
The Director of the Chennai Meteorological Centre, Mr. S. Balachandran explained that due to recently formed depression zone formed over the Southeast of the Bay of Bengal. This may intensify during the next 48 hours.
There are also possibilities for this depression zone to move towards the Southwest part of the Bay of Bengal. So, there are prospects of rain for 4 days from 1st December in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. There are prospects of heavy downpour in some areas.
