TVHs Charles bags National HR Leadership Award 2012

The Employer Branding Institute, a virtual organization consisting of leading HR professionals, consultants, corporate bodies, has conferred the “HR Leadership Award” on Mr. Charles, Vice President and Head - HR, TVH Group, one of South India’s largest builders of residential and commercial space. The award was presented during Indian Human Capital Summit held in Hyderabad on 10th December’11 at Taj Deccan.
This award has been bestowed upon Mr. Charles based on his track record of his performance and achievements which is tracked by a global research cell. With over 2 decades of experience in the HR Function spanning almost all areas viz. Talent Acquisition, Development, Retention, Compensation & Benefits, Charles handles the entire HR function of TVH Group, which has over 1300 employees. Prior to joining the construction major, Charles was working for various MNCs, Manufacturing, Infra structure and Real estate. Etc.
