TDS application gets online

The chief commissioner of Income Tax Srivatsava has inaugurated the system of online application of TDS.
During the inaugural ceremony, the commissioner said there are complaints from all corners that excessive tax deduction is being done in spite of submitting necessary documents for cutting down on the overall tax amount or not to be liable to any tax at all. In such cases, the tax payer needs to approach the income tax office and apply. Henceforth, this will not be the situation as the online application method is set to get introduced. This will save a lot of time.
After Ahmedabad and Bengaluru, this online method is getting introduced in Chennai now. All tax payers can avail the facility and save their valuable time. The present day government is greatly inclined towards digitalization. Catering to this intention, the income tax department is also carrying out all its duties in full swing which will altogether be helpful for the tax payers in the future as well.
