How to book accommodation at Tirumala?

Online booking
Below is the detailed procedure to book an accommodation at Tirumala Tirupathi online. Online accommodation booking can be done at official TTD website which is ttdsevaonline.com.
First of all, note that only 50 percent of the available accommodations can be booked online and advance bookings can be made for 60 days ahead of your stay.
On arrival booking
On the other hand, to make bookings on arrival, approach CRO rooms at Tirumala. As there will be long queues here, pilgrims will be allotted with rooms based on first-come-first-serve basis.
On arrival booking with recommendation
CRO office accepts recommendation letters. These letters should be addressed either to Executive Officer Tirumala or Joint Executive Officer, Tirumala.
On arrival with donor passes
Donor passes are also accepted at CRO office at Tirumala. The concerned person will then get the room allotted. Similar to on arrival booking with recommendation, here, the letters should be addressed either Executive Officer Tirumala or Joint Executive Officer, Tirumala.
Suggestions on accommodation booking
Unless it is unavoidable, it is recommended for you to plan your Tirupathi trip during off-season. During Tuesdays, Wednesdays and rarely on Thursdays, the crowd will be lesser and during weekends, there will be heavy rush.
When is Tirupathi overcrowded?
Brahmotsavam, Vaikunda Ekadesi, English New Year, Telugu New Year, Radha Sapthami, and on other public holidays and other important festivals are days when Tirupathi is overcrowded.
