8th Standard Public Exam: hall tickets can be downloaded from the internet

The State Government Examination Board has informed that the hall tickets for the candidates who are writing the 8th Standard Public Examinations can be downloaded from the internet from today (27th December, Tuesday).
A brief on the press release by the Director of the Government Examination Board Ms T. Vasundhara Devi in this regard:
The Public Examinations for the 8th Standard (ESLC) are scheduled to start from 4th January.
The hall tickets for the private candidates who applied to write this through the government E-service centres can be downloaded from the internet website www.tngdc.gov.in as per the dates announced by the state government from 27th December, Tuesday. The candidate will have to enter the application number and the date of birth to download the hall ticket.
No candidate will be allowed to write the test without proper hall ticket. Also, it must be noted that there is no private intimation about the hall ticket regarding the hall tickets.
