Budget session of Parliament begins today

The Budget session of Parliament will begin today. Since this is the first session of the year President Pranab Mukherjee will address the joint sitting of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. After this the Finance Minister will table the Economic Survey. The Budget session has been scheduled from 31st January to the 9th of February. It is expected apart from the economic survey debate, there will also be debate on the demonetization.
