Mahindra Lifespace to build Flexi Houses

The Managing Director of Mahindra Lifespace, Sangeetha Prasad, informed that the company plans to construct flexible houses where the interiors and the layout can be changed.
Sangeetha Prasad further explained these houses will be of areas 581 sq ft and 624 sq ft.These 1-bedroom houses. The walls of the bedroom can be removed if required.
The price of these houses may range between Rs. 28 Lakhs and Rs. 30 Lakhs,
These houses will be built in an area of 55 acres. However, the number of houses will be limited.
Sangeetha Prasad added that the activities are in progress to create a Technology Park near Ponneri.
