The state government of Tamil Nadu has announced that all registered traders must furnish their details in the GST website.
A brief on the press release by Tamil Nadu government:
With the scheduled implementation of GST (Goods and Services Tax), all registered traders must enter the full particulars on the
GST website. The facility for completing this activity will expire in a few days.
All the traders who are registered with the Department of Commerce in the Tamil Nadu state must furnish all the required details in the GST website along with DSC – Digital Signature Certificate.
If it is the position of the owner or shareholder, the electronic signature must be entered through Aadhar Card and all details required must be entered.
Many of those who have already registered their details in the GST website have failed to furnish the electronic signature as per Digital Signature certificate.
Hence, it is immediate that all traders must enter their particulars in the GST website along with DSC.
