Banks have declared a holiday on Wednesday, 29th March on account of the festival of Telugu New Year Day.
The current financial year comes to a close on 31st March. Only the bank staff engaged in the year account closing activities will be working on this day.
Still, 29th March has been declared as a holiday by the banks. Hence, there would be no customer service.
Though the financial year is set to start on 1st April, there would be no service for the customers as it is the 1st Saturday of the month.
However, the banks have announced that the staff would be on duty on 1st April.
