Summer intensity will not increase in the next 3 days

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are no chances of any increase in the heat intensity in the next 3 days in Tamil Nadu.
The peak part of the summer, Agni Nakshatram, started on 4th May. Even then, surprisingly, the intensity of heat has been somewhat lesser in many cities as compared to what was experienced in the month of April.
An official explained that due to the formation of thermal convection, there are prospects of rain covering an increased area for the next 3 days.
Because of this, the temperature may not rise in the next 3 days in Tamil Nadu. The present situation will prevail.
