Mobile phone assistance to get GST certificate/registration

Various organisations and traders have recorded complaints that there are numerous difficulties when applying online for registration for GST to receive the proof/certificate.
A senior central government official explained in this regard that in case there are any difficulties in obtaining the proof/certificate for the registration of E-signature, bank details can be given to get the same. Otherwise, an OTP (One Time Password) can be obtained by sending SMS and receive the same.
Applicants for GST need to furnish the details of PAN card, mobile number, e-mail id, the state of the transaction, etc.
The PAN card details furnished will be checked by the Central Government Direct Taxes Department. An OTP will be sent to the applicant’s mobile number. OTP will be sent for e-mail id will also be sent. By entering this OTP, application online for GST can be done.
The proof will be given immediately on the internet.
