266 Projects exempted from the Real Estate Regulation Act

CMDA has released the list of 266 construction projects which submitted their application for completion certificate before 22nd June when the Real Estate revised came into force.
The Real Estate Regulation Acts were released on 22nd June. When the Act was announced, all the construction projects under progress will come under this RERA. However, the construction companies which completed their project and had applied for completion certificate will not come under the new RERA and need not register fresh as they have already been registered.
There has been a confusion regarding which are the construction projects requiring to be registered. So, CMDA has now released online, a list of construction projects which are completed and the application for completion certificate has been submitted to CMDA on or before 22nd June.
Accordingly, 266 construction projects are exempted from RERA.
