New flight service from Coimbatore to Chennai

Flight services are currently operated from Coimbatore to foreign countries like Singapore, Sharjah, Sri Lanka and the cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore.
Air India is already operating 10 planes for flight services from Delhi to Coimbatore via Chennai and Coimbatore to Chennai.
In this situation, Air India is proposing to start the flight service Chennai-Coimbatore and Coimbatore-Chennai from 30th August.
An Air India Officer at Coimbatore branch explained that the new flight will start from Chennai from 30th August at 6.50 PM and arrive at Coimbatore at 8.15 pm.
On the return flight, it will start at 8.45 PM from Coimbatore and arrive at Chennai at 10.05 PM. The flight accommodates 72 passengers.
