Light rains are expected over Tamil Nadu and parts of Karnataka on December 6 and 7. While Kerala will witness isolated showers. On December 8, scattered rains are likely over north coastal Andhra Pradesh. From December 9 until December 12, coastal Andhra Pradesh, parts of Telangana, Rayalaseema, interior Tamil Nadu and Kerala may receive scattered rains while North Interior Karnataka will remain almost dry.
