Corn and broccoli soup is an ideal food item for strengthening the body, especially for the women devoid of body energy
Ingredients:
Sweet corn pieces – a handful
Tomato – 1
Grated ginger – 1 tablespoon
Broccoli – 12 florets
Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Milk, fresh cream, salt – as required
The recipe
Cook the sweet corn pieces. Take half of it and grind into a smooth paste. Keep the other half.
Chop the tomato and broccoli florets into fine pieces.
Take a pan – switch the stove on. Add butter to the pan. Once it starts melting, add the tomato and broccoli cut pieces. Add grated ginger. Fry and cook well.
Once cooked, add 3 glasses of water and bring to boil.
Add salt. Confirm the vegetables are cooked – add the other half of the corn pieces. Add milk, Mix well. Bring to a boil.
Add pepper powder and fresh cream (if preferred).
The corn-broccoli soup is ready.
