Bank fraudulence you should not fall prey for

Below are some of the scenarios at which you need to be extra cautious and prevent yourself from getting trapped to frauds. Check out and be aware!
  • Never will any RBI governor, bank person or bank organization would send you any mail or SMS requesting you to deposit any amount for obtaining lump sum money in your account. Beware of such frauds
  • When you get any mail stating that you will receive a huge money and requesting you for an initial fees amount to be paid, please never respond
  •  When there is someone claiming to belong to RBI, income tax, world bank or IMF or other reputed organization and asks for money, never go forward to deposit any amount or commission or make any kind of funds transfer. If you have any queries regarding such calls or mails, please consult with your bank authorities in person
  • You will never be approached for savings or current account details or credit or debit card details from RBI
  • Any kind of funds or accounts of any individual or public or trust will never be withheld by RBI. Do not fall prey for such kind of offers made to your through mail or phone calls
  • Through phone or mail, never share your internet banking details like user ID, password, credit card or debit card, CVV, OTP, ATM PIN, or telephone PIN, etc.
  • For mails that claim that you have won a lottery or a bulk money prize claiming from the hands of RBI governor or other reputed organization, please don’t fall prey
  • Approach the police station or cybercrime authorities when you get harassed with telephone calls or mails that claim to provide huge money prize
