Nobody in this world could be very healthy always and we all fall sick at some point of time. When we fall sick it is natural that most of us don’t feel like having any food at all. At that time our metabolic rate becomes low is known.

Few persons have cravings for ice-creams or some spicy foods etc while others want to have delicious chocolates or to have wine etc during their sickness.

It must be noted that eating certain foods could release feel good hormones in us during our sickness and this would result in curing from the sickness.

These foods mentioned below could be consumed during sickness.

Consume garlic - By consuming garlic sickness could be cured. This garlic has got great antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties in it and is superb during sickness.

Drink hot tea - It is confirmed that the symptoms due to cold and flu could be cured by drinking hot tea. The mucus due to sinus would be cleared because hot tea acts as a natural decongestant.
