Can anyone in this world say that he/she does not have any stress?
It is said that stress is the reaction of our body to harmful situations. Stress is present in every person we come across and people do various things to get rid of this stress in them. Stress varies from one person to another person. It is common that people have stress due to work, responsibility of family, examinations, selecting their careers etc.
Anybody can cope up with limited stress but too much of stress is very difficult. Our heart beat increases, breathing fastens, muscles tightens and our BP shots up when we have stress..
These below mentioned signs show that our body is stressed and great care must be taken for it.
Weight fluctuation in us - This is one of the common signs in us when we are stressed too much. It must be noted that during stress there is release of cortisol hormone in our body. This affects body’s metabolism and later leads to weight fluctuations in us. Previously we might have constant weight but under stress the weight fluctuates and it must be considered seriously.
Inability to concentrate in the work - People who are affected by stress won’t be able to concentrate much in their work. It is clear that stress increases nervous tension in us and as a result the concentration in the work would not be there.
Hair related issues - When our body is under heavy stress then it could lead to hair fall also. This hair fall could create more issues for us due to embarrassment from others around us.
Lack of proper sleep - This is one major issue that results from the stress. People having stress won’t get proper sleep and later this might affect their efficiency and well being. It is revealed that insomnia or lack of sleep is the present in many people these days.
Regular headaches in us - It is said that both emotional as well as physical stress could result in frequent headaches in us. Not only tension based headaches but also severe migraines are caused by high stress in us.
