Results of TNPSC Group-1A preliminary written examination released

The results of the preliminary written examination for the appointments in the Group-1A cadre conducted by TNPSC (The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) have been released.
The preliminary written examination for the vacant 14 posts of Assistant Forest Officers falling under the Group-1A cadre was conducted by TNPSC on 17th December 2017.
10459 candidates participated. Based on the performance in the above results as per the marks obtained and the reservation quota as per the government rules and regulations, 472 candidates have been selected for writing the main written examination for this Group-1A cadre.
This list of successful candidates for the 2nd stage has been released on the official website of TNPSC: www.tnpsc.gov.in.
The main written examination for the Group-1A cadre for the successful candidates is scheduled to be conducted in Chennai from 28th July to 4th August.
