Debut roles for Junior Super Singer Aajith

Junior Super Singer winner, Master Aajith, is making his debut in ‘Oo’, produced by Phoenix Pictures. He will play two roles as an actor as well as a playback singer in the film that has Thambi Ramaiah in a pivotal role.
Speaking about Aajith, the film’s director Aashiq said that he and the Music Director, Abhijit Ramaswamy, had decided on casting him even before he won the Junior Super Singer contest. They had already contacted his uncle and fixed him for the role.
P. Shruthi, another young singer, will make her debut as well along with Ajith. Their duet, written by Murugan Mandhiram, is a winning combination according to Aashiq. Madhumitha will also be making her debut on screen along with Ajith.
It is, indeed, heartening to see such opportunity given to young kids with talent.
