Prospects of rain in Tamil Nadu

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that the low-pressure zone which formed over the southwest region of the Arabian Sea is likely to intensify further to form a depression zone.
This would drift towards the west to the Bay of Aden located between Yemen and Somalia.
There is no disturbance as of now in the ocean zone. However, the fishermen are barred from entering the southwest part of the Arabian Sea.
There are prospects of rain with thunder in a few places in the south Tamil Nadu districts.
