CBSE 12th Standard 2018 Results are announced

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the results of the Class 12 examination conducted this year. The official website - cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in, Students can obtain their divided mark list from this portal. Reports confirms the total increase in pass percentage from 82.02% to 83.01% when compared to last year results.

Trivandrum, Kerala recorded the highest pass percentage of 97.32% and Chennai grabs the second place with 93.87%. Delhi stood third this year with a total pass percentage of 89%. The total pass percentage of girls is 88.31% and boys far behind the mark with only 78.99%.

A student from Step by Step School, Sec-132, Taj Expressway Ghaziabad, and Meghna Shrivastava topped this year with a total of 499 marks. The second highest total was scored by Anuoushka Chandra from SAJ School, Sec 14C, Vasundhara Ghaziabad with 498 marks.

Third spot with a total of 497 was shared by seven students from various schools of different locations like Ludhiana, Haridwar, Noida, Meerut and Ghaziabad.

A total of 15,674 students appeared the CBSE class 12 exams from outside India. Out of that 14,881 students cleared the exams.

Official reports from CBSE announced that the Class 10 results will be released on May 28 or 29. The complete evaluation process was done and no particular subject will be withheld for declaring results.

Nearly 28 lakh students registered to appear for the Class 10 and Class 12 of CBSE Examinations. Initially the Class 12 exams were scheduled to be held between March 3 and April 13. Then later it was extended to April 25 after the CBSE board came to know the leakage of Economics question paper. So the re-test for Economics paper was conducted being the reason for the extension of the schedule. The exams of CBSE Class 12 went on till April 27 as several reports were registered for leakage of question paper in various parts of the country.

How to Check CBSE Board Result 2018?

The CBSE 12th Standard results are released in the official sites of cbse.examresults.net, cbseresults.nic.in and results.gov.in.

Students can get their results through SMS ORGANIZER App. Download the application in your smart mobile and register for CBSE results. The students who did the pre-registration will receive the results automatically.

Class 12 marks will be provided as digital mark sheets in DigiLocker through the address digilocker.gov.in. The site can be accessed from any computers and Android/iOS devices.

Type cbse12 and give space to type the roll number. Give space again and type sch no, again space and type center no. Send this to the mobile number 7738299899 to receive the results through SMS.

Go to the link cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in. Click the link "Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) 2018". Enter your roll numumber and other required details. Click on the submit button to receive the marks and print your results manually.
