Chennai Rain Update (Tamil Nadu Weatherman)

Brisk showers here and there to happen for few mins and this pattern of rains will continue in coming days too.

The Suppression still persists, hence, as updated in the last post two days ago, rains will continue but from non towering Stratus or Nimbostratus clouds when Sea breeze moves in. It will all be brief spells.
This kind of brief thunder-less, sea breeze triggered rains will continue for few more days. Not all parts of city will get rains and some spells can last 15-20 mins. We need to wait for a while for a proper convective Thunderstorms,
By the way, Hot days of 37-38 C set to continue.
