How do you feel when you do not get sound sleep? Very difficult isn’t it!!
In our fast paced lives we get great amount of stress and this stress affects our sleeping. These days many of us have this issue of lack of proper sleep. It is worthy to mention that good sound sleep is essential for our body to be hale and healthy. There are many side effects due to lack of sound sleeping and they are depression, obesity, poor concentration power etc. People try various ways to get good sound sleep. Some even take medicines to get sound sleep.
There are certain juices when consumed could help us in getting sound sleep.
Green sleep juice:
Rich in calcium and magnesium plus other nutrients etc, this green juice is superb for getting sound sleep. It relaxes our body and fights insomnia. This juice when consumed has positive effect on digestion, BP etc. This juice is made from watercress and vegetables. A cup of watercress, celery, cup of spinach, 2 green apples plus lemon juice are taken. Then juice is made from all thee and consumed at the night.
Cherry sleep juice:
For superb sleep during the night, tart cherry juice intake is fantastic. The melatonin present in this juice relaxes the mucus and helps in good sleeping. In the first step 2 cups of tart cherry, cup of orange, half cup of coconut milk were taken. Then juice is made out of these and consumed for dinner.
Grapefruit juice:
Our nervous system gets calmed down by intake of this grapefruit juice that is rich in many minerals. In the first step grapefruit, 2 green apples, a cup of sherry, spoon of lemon juice are taken. Then juice is made out of these. By consuming this juice every day at the dinner we could get nice and sound sleep.
