Bills to the buyers mandatory for value more than Rs. 200

GST (Goods and Services Tax) officials have emphasized that the traders must have the regular procedure of issuing a bill whenever the public buys for more than Rs. 200.
GST was implemented from 1st July 2015 throughout the country.
The public pay this GST for the items and services bought by them. In order to ensure that this GST, paid the common public to reach the government, the regular system of issuing bills must be given by the trader and received by the buyer/

The GST paid by the customer should be submitted by the traders to the government. However, many traders fail to do this. This leads to government incurring a huge loss. Whenever the customers buy items/services worth more than Rs. 200, the traders MUST issue the bill accordingly.
