Jaya says she will go to Court if Award not kept up

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa said that she would take legal recourse if the Cauvery Tribunal Award was not kept up. Ms. Jayalalithaa said that she would take the battle to court if the Central Government did not keep its word to give Tamil Nadu the amount of Cauvery water decided upon in the Award that was passed in February.
The Chief Minister was speaking at a function at Thanjavur where she was felicitated for procuring the award.
