Prospects of rain in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the next 4 days

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects mild to medium rain in 1 or 2 places for the next 4 days in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
There is a low-pressure format prevailing in the region over the Bay of Mannar to Rayalaseema through interior Tamil Nadu. Due to this low-pressure format as well as the intense winds blowing from the East, there are prospects of mild rain in several places and medium rain in 1 or 2 places in the next 4 days.
The Chennai Metro City will remain cloudy.
