Avoid eating these foods just before sleeping during the night time

How many of us follow strict rules regarding eating foods during the night times before hitting the sack?

It is known that majority of us take some type of foods before going to bed at nights and that too knowing well that eating foods before bed is not good. It is said that the perfect time for having dinner is 3 hours before going to the bed. The point is key recipe for getting good sleep and having superb digestions is eating right before bedtime.

There are few foods that we must avoid during the night times. These are

Avoid drinking milk:

This is one important point that we must follow during the night time before sleeping. It is often said that drinking milk could provide us sound sleep as it has calcium, potassium etc in it. It must be taken into account that the lactose content of the milk might create issues in the digestion all night. We might end up losing our sleep also.

Avoid eating chocolates:

Who doesn’t love eating chocolates? The point is just before going to the bed we must not have chocolates and must avoid it totally. The chocolates have higher sugar and caffeine in them and these prevent us from getting sound sleep in the night time. The efficiency decreases in us as we become sluggish.

Avoid eating pizza:

Being greasy with high fat content, pizza must be avoided during the night time before going to bed because our digestive system might get disturbed. Issues like heartburns could take place in us. Feeling relaxed before going to the bed is very important.

Avoid drinking fruit juices:

Many drink fruit juices at the night time instead of dinner. If you are one who is following this please stop it immediately. The truth is drinking fruit juices before going to bed could create acidic reactions in us. Heart burns could takes place.

Don’t take cereals:

One of the most convenient foods at the nights is having cereals. Many of us do not know that cereals have sugars in them and these sugars might increase our blood sugar levels. This could end up in lack of proper sleep in the night times.
