Teppan Japanese Grill & Sushi Bar will be hosting the ‘Sushi Mania Festival’ from 15th March to 7th April at their restaurant on TTK Road. As the name suggests, the festival will feature some of the best and popular sushi for the sushi-maniacs in the city. Chef Joseph Ruiz will anchor the festival and showcase his culinary excellence with specially made delicacies for both seafood lovers and the vegetarian folks.
The highlights of the menu are the Silky Salmon Maki which contains avocado, tuna, salmon, crazy crab, sesame seeds, cucumber and wasabi tempura crunch, Shake Kani Maki a crab stick tempura with tuna, salmon, wasabi crunch, specially made Japanese mayo and tongarashi rolled with sushi vinegared rice, Veg Dragon Maki which contains crumb fried assorted vegetables, avocado, Japnese mayo, tempura crunch, tongarashi and sesame seeds rolled with sushi vinegared rice, and Sarada Batera Maki which contains iceberg lettuce, cucumber, carrot layered with spicy mayo, tanoki and is topped with mango.
