The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are strong prospects of an increase in temperature by 2 to 3 Degrees Celsius as compared to normal for the next 3 days in Tamil Nadu.
The centre has further informed that a dry climate will persist in the next 24 hours in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. There are prospects of the temperature being higher by 2 Degrees Celsius today (21st March) in the southern coastal districts of Tamil Nadu.
The center has informed that the temperature will be up by 3 Degrees Celsius above normal in 10 districts - Vellore, Thiruvannamalai, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Salem, Namakkal, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul, and Madurai.
The Chennai Metro City skies will be clear. A maximum temperature of 34 Degrees Celsius may be recorded.
