Veteran Southern actress Sukumari passes away

Veteran actress Sukumari passed away at a private hospital in Chennai on March 26, 2013. She was 74.
Since she was 10 years old, the total number of her films is presumed to be about 2500. She has also done movies in Telugu as well.
She has been undergoing treatment for burns and she suffered for over a month. Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa, a friend of Sukumari, visited the actress recently in hospital.
