It is very important that we all must have adequate amount of sleep for our physical as well as our mental health to be good. There are many who are unable to sleep well and these people are suffering from lack of sleep or insomnia. It is true that the best energy booster for all of us would be a good and peaceful sleep. A person who has slept well in the night time would wake up very fresh.

There are many factors like stress, anxiety, loss of dear ones, financial issues etc that could prevent us from getting good sleep.  

By these ways or tips we could get rid of insomnia.

By meditation:

It must be noted that by meditation we could get peace of mind and our whole body would get relaxed. By meditation, the stress inside us would be relieved and we would be able to sleep well. In the initial stages, sitting at one particular place and doing meditation would be tough but we would be able to overcome this difficulty by practice.

By lavender oil:

It is superb to note that lavender oil could promote sleep in us. Our mood gets improved and we would feel relaxed. This would make us to sleep well. We could smell lavender oil or it could be used as spray also.  It is said that by consuming lavender tea we could get superb sleep.

By getting massage:

This is also one natural way by which we could get sleep during the nights. By massaging, our stress would be lowered or relieved. It is revealed that essential oils could be used for massage.

By adding more magnesium:

Insomnia could be treated by making some changes in the diet also. Intake of magnesium could help us to relieve stress by relaxing the mind. It is said that consumption of magnesium rich foods like banana, broccoli, chickpeas etc are superb for health as well as for sleep.

By doing exercises:

By doing exercises regularly, we would be able to get rid of insomnia or lack of sleep. It must be taken into account that physical activity of some kind is always necessary.
