Want to be free from osteoporosis issue then do not consume these

Ask any elder person about their health!! Many of them would immediately say that they have bone issue or osteoporosis in them. In this issue, the bones of the persons get affected and these persons have high risk of getting fractures.

There are factors like dietary types, medical conditions etc that could lead to this issue. It is worthy to note that osteoporosis could be due to lack of estrogen hormone in females and lack of androgen in males. Important piece of information is if we make some changes in our diet then we could avoid osteoporosis issue in us later.

These foods must be avoided so that we could be free from this osteoporosis issue.

Avoid carbonated drinks:
These drinks are bad for the health is known. Not many know that carbonated drinks could also lead to osteoporosis issue later. It must be taken into account that intake of too much of these drinks could lead to reduced bone density. Instead of carbonated drinks it is good to have lemon water or fresh juices etc.

Avoid excess of salt:
Excess of salt might lead to loss of calcium in us. This would finally result in poor bone health and osteoporosis issue later. It is said that by reducing the salt intake we could keep our bones in good health.

Avoid too much caffeine intake:
There are some people who dink excess coffee every day. This is not good for the bone health. Excess of coffee would affect calcium levels and would finally result in osteoporosis issue. It is good to drink other alternatives.

Say ‘No’ to alcohol:
Intake of alcohol could lead to many health issues is well known to us. What is not known to us is alcohol intake could affect health of the bones also. So it is better to avoid alcohol for the bone health to be good.
