There is no better way to keep yourself healthy than watching the intake of food. Here are a few ‘super foods’ and how you can eat them:

Tofu:
Tofu is silken soy beans, otherwise known as bean curd. You can use tofu in cubes in a salad or use in any way you would use paneer. Soya contains polyunsaturated fats that are healthy for your heart.

Avocado:
Use avocado instead of cheese or mayo. The consistency of this fruit is the same. Avocados are full of vitamin E, folate, potassium and soluble fibre.

Yogurt:
There is no need to teach an Indian how to eat yogurt. However, a unique way would be to prepare fruit smoothies with it. Yogurt is known to have calcium and bacteria that boosts immunity.

Broccoli:
Brocolli can be eaten steamed. Use this as you would use cauliflower. Studies show that this green vegetable fights cancer and heart diseases.
