More excitement for the people, TTDC to conduct boating contest

Get ready to take part in the boating contest!!
Thiruvalluvar’s Day falls on 16th January 2019 is known. On this special day, TTDC or Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation would conduct a boating contest from 11 am in the morning.
It is said that TTDCs facilities in places like Muttukadu, Mudaliarpet, Ooty, Kodaikanal and Pykara would host competitions on rowing and pedal boats. For taking part in the competitions, there would not be any extra charge and those who are interested to participate could register on the spot.
On Thursday, a hop on and hop off tour of Chennai city would be organised by TTDC. The tourists would be taken by the bus to places like Island grounds exhibition, Vivekananda House, Light House and Guindy Children Park and the cost of the ticket would be Rs 10 per person.
