In the last 14 years, I have never gone to bed until I introspect on all the activities of the day.
From 2006, I keep track & record every penny I spent & also write a gratitude journal every day where I document top 3 happy feelings, things, purchases, accomplishments, sales, learnings, connections, thoughts or actions that happened on that day & pay gratitude to everyone & everything for being a part of it. It helps me to be grounded, knows myself better, have clarity, and realize and align toward my goals.
Daily introspection helps you understand your own actions so that you can be more productive. It gives you the chance to notice the patterns that distract you from your goals.
