Lunar Eclipse today (26th May) - Visible in some parts of the country!

The Central Ministry of Geography has informed that the lunar eclipse, occurring today (Wednesday, 26th May) can be seen in some parts of the country!

In a notification regarding this, released by the Central Ministry of Geography, it is mentioned:

“Lunar eclipse, occurring today (Wednesday, 26th May) will be partly visible in some parts of the country!”

Once the moon rises this evening, part of the lunar eclipse can be seen in all the Northeast part of the country except Sikkim, some part of West Bengal, some parts of the coastal Odisha, and Andaman & The Nicobar Islands!

The lunar eclipse is set to commence at 3.15 PM and conclude at 6.23 PM.

At the same time, a full solar eclipse is set to commence at 4.39 PM today! This can be seen in North America, South America, some countries in Asia, Australia, and parts of the Pacific & Indian Oceans.

After the lunar eclipse occurring today, the next lunar eclipse is scheduled to occur on 19th November.
