Vishal to resume Thupparivalan 2

Everyone in the industry is waiting for the lockdown to be lifted so that they can finish some unfinished business and among them is actor Vishal.
After a stupendous success of “Thupparivalan” directed by Mysskin in 2017, a sequel was planned but due to issues between Mysskin and Vishal, the movie was shelved. In November 2020, Vishal wore the director’s hat to resume shooting and this means he will be making his debut as a director with this project.
Our sources say that the movie has some shooting portion left which will be completed once the lockdown is lifted. Maestro Ilayaraja is handling the music for Vishal’s directorial debut. Actor Prasanna who played the character of Vishal’s associate in “Thupparivalan” will resume his duties even in the sequel.
Vishal is presently working in “Enemy” directed by Anand Shankar.
