For the benefit of the customers, SBI or State Bank of India has been making many new announcements!!
To prevent frauds from taking place, SBI has been sending OTP to its customers when the customer visits an ATM for taking money. By using this OTP correctly only, a customer would be able to get money from the ATMs.
Truth is that SBI has been highly concerned regarding the customer safety and has been making several announcements. New protective rules have been announced by SBI for those who take Rs 10,000 and more form the ATMs.
It is now revealed that after registering the amount of money needed at ATMs then OTP would be required. For that, the customer would have to register OTP along with their PIN number. After registration only, the customers would be able to get their money at the ATMs. To prevent the customers from fraudsters this new arrangement has been made now.
