Prospects for very heavy rains in 7 districts in Tamil Nadu!

The Chennai Regional Meteorological Cenre has informed us that there are prospects for very heavy rains in 7 districts in Tamil Nadu due to the prevailing depression zone in the atmosphere.
As such, there are prospects for very heavy rains today (Friday, 21st October) in the 7 districts of Kanyakumari, Thirunelveli, Thenkasi, Thoothukkudi, Nilgiri, Coimbatore and Theni.
Further, there are prospects of heavy rain today (Friday, 21st October) in 1 or 2 places in 22 districts including Ramanathapuram, Pudhukkottai, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagappattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Trichy, Perambalur, Ariyalur, Cuddalore, Salem, Namakkal, Karur, Erode, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Thirupathur.
It is estimated that there are prospects for heavy rains tomorrow (Saturday, 22nd October) in 29 districts.
It is also informed that the recently formed low-pressure zone over the Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into a strong depression zone.
As regards Chennai Metro City, the sky will remain somewhat cloudy in the next 48 hours. There are prospects for mild to medium rain with lightning and thunder in a few parts of the city!
The maximum temperature will be 33 Degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 26 Degrees Celsius.
