The Secretariat Association has requested the CM of Tamil nadu now rgarding providing 38percent increase in the DA or dearness allowance from 1st of July. This would be in addition to the 4percent increase in the DA from the Central government.
Recently, an election was held to select new officers by the TN Secretariat Association and the Agaram team of Mr. K. Venkatesan won. It must be noted that on 14th October new administrators including chairman met the CM of Tamil Nadu to get his blessings. They requested the chief minister to provide the DA of 38% after calculating from 1st July. Two days back, the general meeting of the association took place is known. In the meeting, discussions took place about the implementation of the old pension scheme. There were also discussions about how the 4% DA announced by the Central govt must be also considered and 38% DA must be provided from 1st July. The demand for the surrendered leave to be granted immediately was also made. Resolutions were also passed regarding stopping the employment on contract basis for the consultants for the government jobs in the state of Tamil Nadu.
