Rapidos new awesome plan for Chennai city revealed now!!

Many use Rapido bikes these days in Chennai to reach their destination. Travelling in these bikes is cheap, easy and comfortable etc. Mostly, men travel in Rapido bikes more than women in Chennai.
Now, Rapido has come out with a sensational plan to attract more women users.Rapido would be employing more women drivers and would be expanding its woman only feature in selected places like women`s colleges etc. It must be noted that Rapido has got plans to deploy 2500 women drivers across India in the next 3 months.
Plans for the Chennai city & Bike Pink services:
In Chennai city alone, Rapido has plans to enrol more than 500 women drivers or captains. For this, Rapido has been working with many non-profit organisations to induct, train women from underprivileged backgrounds etc. it would be providing additional benefits like insurance plus others like flexible working hours, minimum guarantee pay etc.
It is known that Rapido has been already offering Bike Pink service to its customers. This has been allowing the users to travel only with a female driver. The company would be expanding this.
Information collected is that Bike Pink services were introduced in as many as in 10 women colleges in Chennai. These colleges are Ethiraj College, Stella Maris College, Queen Mary`s College, MOP Vaishnav College, SIET College, Chellamal College and Quaid E-Milleth College etc.
Objective of the plan:
The main aim of this new plan from Rapido is to provide financial support to women plus to break gender barriers and provide more diverse transportation options for the passengers. It is also mentioned that Rapido would ensure more safety for women users and by that more woman users would use the app.
It is worthy to mention here that while some women users might feel safe with women drivers other women users might give preference for driver ratings, vehicle quality etc.
