Natham land/plot Sale deed Transfer: Apply ONLINE at the E-Service Centres!

The District Collector of Tenkasi District, Kamal Kishore, has announced that interested citizens can apply for Natham land/plot Sale Deed transfer at the E-Service Centres under the `Natham Internet Guideline Change` Scheme.
The system of processing ONLINE Natham Sale Deed transfers has been introduced as a new service facility and is now operational.
With this new facility at the E-Service Centres, residents of Sengottai, Veerakeralampudhur, Sivagiri, Thiruvenkadam, Kadayanallur, and Thenkasi circles can visit the E-Service Centre to apply ONLINE for the Natham Sale Deed transfer or by visiting the Citizen Portal (https://tamilnilam.tn.gov.in/citizen).
Upon receipt of the application, it will be scrutinized, approved, and the changed Sale Deed will be issued.
The sale deeds for the village Natham lands can be downloaded from the website: https://eservices.tngov.in.
Please note that only this new system for applying for Natham Land Sale Deed transfer will be in practice and as such, only the ONLINE applications received will be processed.
