The second round of engineering counselling in Tamil Nadu will start on August 10. In the first round, 12,747 students received provisional seat allotments based on merit. Students from the first round are reporting to colleges today to complete their admission process.
For the second round, students with cut-off marks between 178.9 and 142 are eligible. Approximately 77,948 students are expected to participate. Tentative allotments will be available on August 13, with provisional allocations confirmed on August 15. The final round of counselling is scheduled for August 23-25 for students with cut-off marks between 141 and 77.50.
