How many of us drink the juices knowing the fact that they could lead to spike in the blood sugar levels and increase body weight etc?

Point is that not all the juices are made equal. Fresh juices from fruits could be beneficial for our health while overly processed juices could lead to health issues in us. It is noteworthy that the best juices are the ones that are nutrients rich plus with minimum added sugars and are fibre rich.

Juices that are best for our health are

Carrot juice intake:

Beta carotene is present in carrot juice and it is a superb antioxidant. Our eye health, immunity etc would be superb by consuming carrot juice rich in antioxidants. The presence of vitamins A and C etc plus potassium in this juice would boost our heart health greatly.

Pomegranate juice intake:
